I am Vylma V — a former criminal defense and civil rights attorney with over 20 years of social justice advocacy. A certified meditation teacher, radio host, Bomba/Plena drummer, active runner, and the creator of the V-Method for Empowering Women. I am in my Crone years, and I am on fire. I believe the Crone years can be the very best years of a woman's life — and I have built my entire practice around proving it.

The Crone years are not the end of a woman's story — they are the beginning of her most powerful chapter. Vylma V is living proof. Following the pagan women's development model of maiden, mother, and crone, she believes that wisdom, fire, and full self-possession arrive in the Crone years — and she has built her entire practice around helping women claim them.
